Previous survey indicates this cemetery may have been relocated to current placement when lake was made – Need to follow up to confirm this. Cemetery is well maintained and enclosed in a chain link fence with gate. Interior is neat but a pile of moved rocks in the middle raises questions as to whether there has been disturbances of tomb rock marked interments. Informant indicates that Thomas Dana Thomasson was only recently marked and his tombrock was left leaning against the fence. It is plausible his first wife Mary Alice Hurt Thomasson is interred here as well. The LBB marker only raises more questons in regards not only to who, but the orientation of that interrment. Much of the space appears empty.
